I hope the Holiday Season has been treating you well and that you enjoyed your Thanksgiving! We had a fantastic November, due in large part to the efforts of affiliate partners like yourself. We increased commission to 9% for our "10 Days of Giving" promotion and this received a great response from our publishers. Because both of our big affiliate promotions in October and November did so well, we've decided to continue the tradition and increase commission to 10% for our 12 Days of Christmas Event! From the 8th to the 19th of December, Sierra will feature a different sale or great deal every. This should be a easy way to keep your customers intrigued, offer them some excellent holiday savings, increase conversions, and increase your own payout at the same time! I'll send out another email soon in which you'll be able to opt into the offer.

We've completed around half or the banner update project that I've spoken to you about before, so you should check your LinkShare interface and refresh any old Sierra Trading Post banners that you might have dangling around out there. Also, The Sierra Trading Post Affiliate Demo Store is now live, so I recommend checking it out. Hopefully it helps publishers to easily create STP storefronts and place products on their sites. If you have any problems implementing some of the php, don't hesitate to shoot me an email and ask some questions.

In honor of the 12 Days of Christmas, the coupon for December will be 12% off of $120 or more! This will expire on January 3rd and will hopefully give you an added sales boost in this last month of Q4. Also, I wanted to remind you of the promotion we have running until the end of December:

1. Return Days Increased from 14 to 30 days.
2. Base commission raised from 5% to 6%.
3. Gift card commission increased from 1% to 2%.
