TRACKING ERROR RESULTS IN EXTRA COMMISSION ACROSS THE BOARD

We have been making some backend changes to our website to improve our site speed, searchability and many other factors. In early July we made some changes that affected our affiliate tracking system. Linkshare data was attached to orders that did not clickthrough an affiliate site. This means that if you sent clickthroughs that didn't convert into sales, you may have gotten credit anyway for a random order that was placed after your clickthrough. This did not affect the sales that were legitimately generated, it only caused additional orders to be credited. Since there is no way to adjust this after the fact, we will be paying out nearly double the normal commissions!
